Antonis Karitzis was appointed Chairman of the Board on the 11th of July 2016.

He has been involved with RichReach since 2012 and has been providing legal advice in various areas of the eUmbrella operations.

Antonis is a professionally qualified advocate – legal consultant with experience in various legal areas since 2004. He has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester and has been admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2003. Antonis has attended the MBA course of the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), the (Cert.) Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Cyprus Branch) and the (Cert.) Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Christakis Ierides was appointed CEO/CTO of eUmbrella Corporation (CY) Ltd on the 1st of September 2014.

An experienced (over 30 years) IT Professional in IT Systems Analysis, Design and Implementation using International methodologies such as SSADM. He has specialized experience in Financial Management Systems including Management Reporting, VAT and Hotel Property Management Systems.

Christakis has extensive experience in Project Management having managed significant projects for Government Authorities and Private companies. Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (ORACLE, MSSQL) both in the development cycle and also Database Administration.

George Rousou was appointed COO/CFO of eUmbrella Corporation (CY) Ltd on the 1st of September 2014.

He has joined the RichReach team in October 2013. He has been involved in almost all aspects of the eUmbrella operations, including the preparation of the Group’s Business Plans and designing parts of RichReach. He has established, simplified and standardised various areas of operations, reporting tools and procedures.

George has been involved in the telecommunication sector since 2013. He also has practical experience in IT, including system design and development of own database solutions.

In 2002 George graduated from Southbank University, London, with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and by the following year he completed the ACCA examination. He was admitted a Fellow of the Association of Charter Certified Accountants in October 2011 and has been a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since July 2009.
